Overall, I would say the resort was great. Our check-in was really fast and rooms were ready when we arrived. Rooms were clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. A couple of times we had to ask to get our fridge stopped, but they restocked them immediately with the drinks that we requested. All the restaurants were great however, the buffet was a bit challenging because it was not large enough for the amount of guests and often the food was not restocked very well. I appreciated the hand sanitizing stations available everywhere. Japanese restaurant is recommended as well as the Mexican restaurant. That’s were OK not the most comfortable that we’ve ever had but still got great sleeps. Poolside restaurant was very convenient and had an assortment of food items which was great. Room service was good and appreciated. The dishes being picked up quickly in the hallways, not like some resorts. We were here for New Year’s, and they did a great job for the celebration. The fireworks on New Year’s Eve was amazing because you could see the fireworks from all the resorts along the coast. Poolside service available for drinks available and service was fantastic. Also appreciated that the pool area was well-maintained. The pool was clean and lots of umbrellas were available. Rooms were fairly soundproof, which was fantastic. There was aqua gym in the morning, people coming around offering spa services and sunglasses cleaning, which was a cool service I’ve never seen before.

Went down the week before Christmas and the entertainment was amazing from the pool crew to the nighttime entertainment! We had been to a couple other resorts in Vallarta and this one became our new favorite! Also the service is beyond amazing! Felt beyond welcomed and felt nice to see a smile with everything the staff did! The pools were not crowded even the swim up bar section water was nice and warm!

Wonderful staff. All of them went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and more. Room was very nice, great views. Some restaurants were inconsistent, either lunch was great and dinner was undesirable or the reverse. Chefs should look for more consistency

We had several inconveniences with our room and had to change rooms. Baby roaches in the bathroom, had to call daily to replenish fridge or coffee, lock to adjoining door on our side was broken and didn't lock which meant strangers next door could have entered our room anytime. Wish we could have got our money back. But their food at all restaurants was amazing as was their servers. Welcome greeters with towel and drink was refreshing staff was great.

Room was not in good condition. Phone and some of the outlets did not work. Sliding doors were off track and couldn’t get them back on. Room and bar service was inconsistent. Some days drinks and coffee were refilled. Other days not refilled. Room was dated and old. The mildew odor when AC was not running was unbearable. You either had to be freezing cold running the AC or have to deal with the odor. Rooms were also not well sound proofed. The music for events and shows went all night.
