Review for El Pescador Hotel I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at El Pescador. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Malecón, making it perfect for easy walks along the waterfront and access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful—great for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the pool was a definite highlight: sparkling, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and my entire stay smooth and welcoming. Pro tip: when you leave the hotel, turn left and grab the fish tacos on the corner—you won’t regret it. Delicious and authentic! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, right on the water, grounds were exceptionally well taken care of and clean. Staff were wonderful and centrally located to everything. Rooms were great, we had an ocean view, lots of hot water and comfortable bed. Would recommend to friends and family!

location is great, unfortunately a very dated hotel, our bathroom has an extremely bad odor entire week but location is surrounded by great places to eat, hop skip and jump from boardwalk, pool area was very nice, service slow but friendly

We stayed for 4 nights. Had the beach side view. Gorgeous sunsets. Pool was clean and open until 9pm. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Staff was kind and ready to help anytime. It was only a 5-10min walk to the Malecon. Lots of shops and places to eat. I would highly recommend.

My favorite part of this hotel was that the beach was not crowded. it still had everything we wanted and needed. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly & Check in process was fast. I will definitely stay here again.
