The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Laundry: Start a load of laundry with the dirty towels before your departure. Our cleaning lady will take care of transferring them to the dryer.
Trash: Please take it out of the building. Exit through the main door, turn right, pass the car wash. On the corner, there is a lamppost where you can leave the garbage bags. Collected at 8am and 8pm.
Dishes: If you have dirty dishes please put them in the dishwasher or make sure they are washed. Please make sure all A/C units and TVs are off. Lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
