Our experience at Family Selection was excellent! Our family butler Josue, made the trip especially meaningful. He was able to get medication for a family member who forgot theirs at home, decorated for a birthday and checked in with us daily. Josue seems to really love his job and his genuine desire to help make our stay special was amazing!

The Family Concierge team was very helpful. We were lucky to have Moises, who was friendly, helpful and great dealing with all of our requests. We also had a lovely Expedia concierge who offered us his services and was very friendly. I was impressed by our server at the Nest for breakfast Na Overall the resort was clean and offered us and our preschooler fun and relaxation.
