Hello, we did enjoy our stay, thank-you. The staff was most courteous and helpful. There were a couple of concerns, however, when we arrived it was late in the afternoon, most likely the housekeeping staff was gone for the day. The floor in our room was not clean, as there were crumbs and hairs visible. We went out for a couple of hours, returned, and the floor was the same, so I took care of it myself..... Also, there was a fairly strong odour of mildew in the room, perhaps because the shower head was leaky, and the room was always wet. These sorts of things seem like they are preventable to me.... To end on a positive note, however, the Flamingo Hotel is very beautiful, and the location was very convenient, and the bedding was of a good quality... Thanks again.

Bugs in the beds. No instructions for the air conditioner or TV. Only two working electrical outlets. The walls were thin enough to hear our neighbors talking. Towels are old and ratty. The dresser drawers were very loud when pulling them out. The hotel staff were fine.

That's a really nice place to stay. Staff are very polite, friendly, professional. My room was very clean and comfy. Food in the restaurant was also good, pretty big choice and always fresh. The hotel has a perfect location in Marina.

Yes, the large room was clean and i found the mattress comfortable but lacking soap, only one little bar, no hand towel. Beautiful property! And great location! The hotel is lacking key cards and ice. The price has doubled since covid - why??? The staff were kind and friendly. A proper and another buggy to transport luggage is needed!
