Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Penthouse steps to Los Muertos Beach!

The Villa Blanca Penthouse is a large and charming penthouse Condo in Zona Romantica, 3-bedroom 3.5-bath condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and offers great views of the bay and sunsets. It’s one block to the beach (long stairway) & a short walk to Puerto Vallarta’s best restaurants & bars. The building also has a communal dipping pool on the main level and a large rooftop terrace with BBQ grill. Villa Blanca is a small condo complex (10 units) private and intimate. The Penthouse encompasses the entire top floor of the building and includes night security and 6 day a week maid service.

The space
Designed by Mexican architect Diego Mendez de las Penas, often refered to as the "Grand Piano" or "Wedding Cake", this one-of-a-kind. There are three air conditioned master bedroom suites, all with king-sized beds and private, en suite bathrooms. Two have private balconies and the third has a day bed. The large living and dinning room are air conditioned and enclosed for those hot days with the option to completely open them up with a sliding wall. The kitchen, and dining room offer a huge space for entertaining and enjoying the view. A rooftop terrace just above the unit provides wider views and sunbathing as well. The laundry room, exclusively for the Penthouse, is also found on the rooftop. A dipping pool and outdoor shower on the first floor are communal for the building and a great way to wash off after the beach. There are 2 Chromecasts on the property for streaming your favorite shows as well as high speed internet covering each room.

Note that the ground floor (where the pool is) is up several stairs from the street and the penthouse is up 3 more flights of stairs from there so the layout of the building and the penthouse may not be ideal for anyone that struggles with stairs. Also, like everywhere in Zona Romantica construction is rampant, including near the beach and down our block. Generally any noise is rather distant and contained by the windows. They also don't work in the evenings and very little on the weekends.

Guest access
The entire condo is included with this listing and accessed by an electric lock. The rooftop and communal pool/outdoor shower are available to all guests of the building (not private to the Penthouse).

Other things to note
Our manager and building manager, Marisol, is awesome and will be around to assist in anything you need including arriving and departing.

We want you to have a good time while staying at Villa Blanca, but as a courtesy to our neighbors and fellow owners- parties and late night loud music are not permitted beyond 11pm.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
