Here is the only thing I dis not like, we went to the Holiday Inn Express and our reservation was at the Holiday Inn Golf and Marina, Suites. It says Express in our confirmation. We were provided a shuttle, so no big deal. But when they dropped me at the Suites adter the mistake, rexeption also thought we should have been at the Express. So it is obviously confusing if the staff thinks so as well. Otherwise, our experience was excellent. Perhaps the reservation should not include the name of the wrong hotel.

Gracias to staff especially dinning. Too far from downtown & romantic zone. But easy access to bus, but a bit of a ride. Factor in travel time to enjoy downtown & other popular areas & beaches. Nice pool, but jacuzzi was not hot!

We enjoyed the size of the room, the bed, appropriate additional seating and cleanliness. The staff were accomidating, pleasant and professional. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold food, was fresh and well maintained. My only complaint is there was no hot water. We even let it run for a while but to no avail. We would definately stay here again.

Great location

Very convenient as walking distance to Marina, and very good shuttle to the airport. Sun Deck and pool were nice but as it was Holy week the pool was filled with kids all day and night. Might be an idea to have an adult time maybe late afternoon or evening. Also had an excellent breakfast bar.

Had problems setting the thermostat. The employee sent to the room could not help me. When I went to.plug my CPAP machine next to the bed, the two outlets between the two beds and the outlet on the other side of the bed were not functioning. The employee again could not help. He came back with supposedly someone who could. That person did not even have can electricity tester. He used my machine which cost a couple of thousand dollars to test it. The wires started to make noise and smoke. I was afraid they had damaged my machine. It ended up that they came back with a long extension cord from the opposite wall to plug in my mm achine closer to the bed. I also found that the towels were on a shelf so high that at 5 feet, I couldn't reach them. Had tonuse my cane to access them. Overall bad experience.

I got a surprise upgrade from Holiday Inn Express to Holiday Inn and Suites, I was very pleased. Service was extraordinary. Free breakfast and airport shuttle was awesome. Very friendly staff throughout. Definitely 5 star rating.

A Nice Upgrade, thanks Hotel.com

We actually did not stay at the Express. Arrived and were told we had been upgraded to their sister hotel Holiday Inn Suites Puerto Vallarta. They sent a shuttle for us and soon we had a wonderful 9th floor room. Overlooking all if the Banderas Bay.
