After staying here, I'll echo the other comments about property cleanliness. It was a nice setup and has two terrace areas with nice views, but the room and hotel overall could use a really good deep clean. That also goes for using some bleach on towels and bedding which were stained, as were the replacement options.

Great to use for just sleeping

Great location if you want to explore the Malecon. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Fairly quiet which was nice at night. However, the place does need a good deep cleaning. I understand because of the dirt and humidity it can get gross but should really invest in removing some stains. I would say this is a fair place for a short trip where you’ll be out and about the whole day.

Friendly staff and good location

The reception staff were always cheerful and eager to help. There was an issue with the lock so the key did not work. Fortunately staff worked until 11 pm and were mostly available to let us in. Communication with staff for cleaning and property access were critical. This is a nice location near the malecon and some good restaurants.

Good quiet location. My unit had an ocean view. Great deal for price paid. Everything in working condition. Check in time 3 to 615 pm ,so make sure you arrive duing this time or you will not gain access till the next day. It was posted on their site before i booked. Ariived at 6.23 pm and had to find anther place for the night.
