You have the option to get your room cleaned everyday, it’s not a fancy place but definitely reliable and still great and affordable spot for a vacation. There was A/C in the room we stayed in and a fan which came in handy for hot days. I would recommend bringing along a blanket for extra comfort as the cover on the bed is very thin. The shower wasn’t spacious but good for what’s needed, overall if you’re looking for an affordable place and are familiar with realistic living conditions being in Mexico, I recommend.

Lets say i would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! The pictures are deceiving. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Went and talk to the front desk showing the pictures on the website and staring this is nothing like the website portrayed. False advertising!!! We did not stay there. Had to leave. Did not feel comfortable at all.

The receptionist Ivan was very helpful with my luggage that needed to be stored safely because I could not take it to my room which was on the 5th floor. The room was clean and nice.

Huge rooms. Very clean. Excellent air conditioning. This is on a busy street and can be a little noisy. No elevator. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. It is on one of the busiest streets and can be noisy at times. Rooms are large and plenty spacious. Only issue was no elevator making it difficult on arrival and departure while carrying luggage.

The property charges extra for AC, the price was average to other hotel in the area. They take best pictures of nicer rooms, but they offered tiny, old, rusted ones. Even when paid extra for AC. Just ask many question before booking this one. The facility doesn’t look the way, they posted on pics, to be honest. Consider yourself warned

The first room I stayed in was like s prison cell. After complaining, luckily the receptionist (Daniel) changed the room and upgraded me to a much better room. The room was still oddly designed. Bit functional. The Internet is horrible. The hotel is outdated. You can find better for the same price or less

The rooms were not like the pictures posted..Online the rooms looked new, but in reality they were very old. It is a very outdated hotel. Sheets and towels had stain spots.
