Le ubiera dado 5 estrellas xq en realidad todo estubo perfecto asta el dia de check out - la muchacha ques estaba cuando yegamos al hotel muy amable nos dio nuestro cuarto alas 10 am y el check in no era ast alas 3 pm , en ningun momento se nos dijo que al perder una llave o dejarla arriba en la habitacion iba a costar 200 pesos que sin nigun problema se pagan pero en ningun otro hotel e tendo ese problema - simplemente las dejo en la mesita y listo , la muhcacha no nos dio la opcion ni de ir a traerlsela o mandar a alguien ala habitacion

I love this hotel! Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy taco ride to the airport or down to Old Town. The staff is amazing. Ronaldo, Alicia and Yessi really go above and beyond. Rooftop pool and adults only. I'll be staying here every time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

past visits always excellent ! This was about our fourth time at the Mio ! perhaps we always had mountain view ! This time was to be partial bay view ! From our room no bay to be seen ,view was of ashphalt roof, high rise apt and street and noise of traffic all day and night ! Therefore balcony was never used which made a big difference to us! This was off season so im disappointed a better room couldnt be chosen for us ! This was on first floor and we always were on 2nd or 3 rd in past ! First room given us was on 7 th floor but as i walk with a walking aid and have ballance issues i asked for a lower floor ! on reading reviews i understand room we were given on 7 th floor would have also been noisy! No problem with cleanliness! location ,Staff etc all still wonderful ! Big shout out to Israel ( first aid attendant ) who took care of a wound i sustained at beach!
