Was really impressed with this hotel. The only drawback may be the location. It was a couple of miles from the downtown area. The pool up on the roof was awesome. Did not eat here. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We added the option for breakfast which was nice. We didn't have to leave to find a place to eat. Rooftop pool is wonderful with a fantastic view. There are lots of lounges and beds so it was easy to find somewhere to relax. There is a pool bar and you can also order food. We would definitely stay here again!

Miguel welcomed us as soon as we arrived and helped with our luggage. Wvery time we passed him in the lobby he as so friendly . The property gets a 12/10 for cleanliness and outstanding staff. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciate the new playlist . In previous stays it was very loud and pounding music. Excellent improvement . We will be back!

We made a reservation through the front desk for a massage at the spa at the hotel next store the front desk clerk told me that it was confirmed but when we got there we were told that she never followed through and this was when my poor husband had fallen on both knees and it was really hard on him to get over there only to find out we had no reservations. To make matters worse the front desk clerk Cora took no responsibility whatsoever about the incident and taking to the manager didn’t help.

There is essentially no soundproofing in the windows, meaning you will hear everything on the busy avenue outside. If you don't mind a very loud room, then the hotel is otherwise clean, well appointed and friendly service. If loud noise will detract from your stay, best to book elsewhere.

Great hotel, the reception staff were great! The room was comfortable and clean. My only dislike was the staff by the pool, the waiters never came by, you had to chase them down. They only went up to you if you were blonde & blue eyed, sad to be a local & have this type of experience!
