We had to adjust our expectations this year for our PV visit. Trying to stay in our budget, this place was the price we wanted and had a great location, king bed, breakfast included. Not very sound proof from next room. :(

We expected a better experience based on the reviews online. The hotel was decent, but quite noisy. We were in two rooms at different ends of the hotel and all experienced difficulties sleeping due to noise. The first night I was kept awake by my upstairs neighbours having an enthusiastic and lengthy romantic encounter from 130 to 330am. And my bed was way too hard. There was a lot of street noise. The staff were lovely, breakfast was good. Bathrooms ok. Rooms were clean but run down. They fixed the fridge quickly as it was broken. Great location, reasonably priced, clean.

The bed at this hotel was the worst bed I have ever slept on in my life. They have the softest mattress topper on the bed. This is not ideal for stomach sleeps like myself. Also, the soundproofing of the room is terrible. You can clearly hear conversations through the walls by other hotel guest staying in the adjacent room. And the wifi inside the room was not the best. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing.

The room was spotless. The staff were really nice friendly. I wish the pool was an actual hot tub as advertised, but I still enjoy my stay regardless. The view of the mountains is amazing. It’s right in the middle of Zona Romantica, but it’s so close to everything and the clubs and bars that are only a few minutes away by walking. I recommend this place.

Check in was great, very clean room, comfortable bed. The free made to order breakfast was amazing! Karen Eveline is the waitress which takes very good care of you and the two ladies in the kitchen make the most delicious breakfast. Omelettes, fresh fruit, waffles, yoghurt , toast, cooked to order eggs plus there were many other Mexican dishes on the menu. Definitely will be coming back.

Absolutely amazing😍😍😍 loved staying here. The staff is great. Loved Enrique! Very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a 10/10. Very delicious and authentic 😍 this hotel is in a very great location. Everything is walking distance, you feel safe and have every thing you need. Definitely coming back!
