Excellent location. Wall out the door of the hotel and you are literally steps away from excellent dining and shopping, and a 5 minute walk to the beah. The neighborhood is lively and LOUD. There is music and street noise almost 24/7. If you are a light sleeper I highly recommend ear plugs. This is not a luxury hotel, if that is your thing, look elsewhere. If you want to experience Zona Romantica, then you can’t do much better than Posada de Roger.

An authentic Mexican Posada in the heart of the Romantico District just a few block ftom the beach. Lots of shopping and amenities. Would stay there again next year.

I just love this hotel. I have stayed here before and I will be back again. It is in a fantastic location next to lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The place is quaint, pretty, and clean. The front desk staff and housekeepers are all very friendly.

Hotel Posada de Roger is in an excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean and the hotel staff very helpful. It is an old building, and you may hear sounds at times but it's very minimal.

This is a fantastic, no-frills place in the heart of La Zona Romantica. It is a basic, decent, clean, convenient place to stay while you spend your time out and about in PV. You couldn’t ask for a better staff, a better location, or frankly, a better value. We will be staying here again!

Location can’t be beat. And for the price everything was quite nice! We were able to walk to many different restaurants and the beach. This hotel has classic Mexican charm. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Be aware there are no elevators, and there is a step down from the bathroom to the rest of the room. I would definitely come back to the hotel.

This lovely, old hotel is still a pleasure to come back to. Rooms are tiny but are sufficient for a vacationer's needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking everywhere in the old part of Puerto Vallarta (now called Zona Romantica) and for taking in the nightlife. The addition of a small swimming pool makes this a perfect oasis amid the surrounding hubbub.
