The staff members! Elena was her name! We didn’t even get to check in or we didn’t even get a refund! So we just paid for a room that we weren’t able to sleep in or anything ! We barely stepped foot in there and they were super rude and wouldn’t give us a refund all over 2 bracelets

La habitación estuvo bien ( no está actualizada). Te obligan a ponerte una cinta, es incómodo. No sabía que tenía que pagar extra por el desayuno y el servicio acuático (Splash, tobogán) También te ofrecen una membresía y si no estás de acuerdo se molestan, yo no la quise por qué no le veo nada a mi favor. Lo demás todo estuvo bien, las personas execelentes.

The room didn't have towels at all. Then they brought 1 to shower and one for the hands (even when I told them we were 3 people). Then they brought the 2 extra to shower. The next day, they try to argue that they gave me 2 extra hand towels and a towel/carpet for the shower floor. I didn't get any of those extras, and they were trying to charge me for their crappy towels. Also, the room bathroom had moho, the main door had trouble closing and locking, the breakfast place was open 10 minutes after schedule (late/not ready), the staff that the check in were rude and I asked for beach towels and they took over 1 hour to explain to me that they needed an ID for the towels. The property states they are 4 starts, in North America that would be a motel with at most 1 star. The only good aspect was that we got passes for the water park.

Chambres : petit frigo et air climatisé dans la chambre, ce qui est bien, mais les lits étaient très inconfortables : on sentait les ressorts et les oreillers étaient durs et beaucoup trop gros. Glissades d'eau : très bien. Ils chargent pour les trippes, mais acceptent que vous apportiez la vôtre. Faites attention au type de chambre réservée, car la façon dont le site Internet présente les chambres donne l'impression que l'accès aux glissades d'eau est inclut, ce qui n'est pas nécessairement le cas. Si c'est écrit solo à côté de votre chambre, ça signifie que l'accès au parc d''eau n'est pas inclut. Certains employés sont super, d'autres essaient de vous arnaquer et sont peu collaboratifs. Sandra à l'accueil est particulièrement aimable et aidante. On sent qu'elle est bien intensionnée et qu'elle n'essait pas de vous extorquer. Je suggère un séjour de 1-2 journées maximum.
