On the 3rd floor you’ll find yet another gorgeous pool with more loungers and a bit more shade, breakfast service and a bar, a hot tub, and a games area. The 2nd floor features a huge gym, with cardio machines facing the view and a spa.

A $518 MXN PESOS per night y (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.



Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Guests can also take a 3 minute Uber for $3, or a taxi (as there are several that stay next to the condo lobby). There are two quiet beaches located in front of the condo, and you can walk to Los Muertos Beach in about 5 minutes.
