We asked all week to have the bodywash refilled. Never happened. The gym washroom never replaced toilet paper for 9 days in mens. The only show for entertainment was repeated jugglers nothing else. Wifi was inconsistent and weak continuously disconnecting making it hard to communicate with rest of our party.no night life . Pool table is in poor shape and uneven. The sports bar lacked sports on tvs and did not appear to be a sports bar. The chair police of 45 minutes is unnecessary . Should be 2 hours. People were afraid to leave seats as they feared they would return to losing their chair. Need to be better. Will not return.

This property for our stay was very enjoyable. For a ‘basic’ room, our room was a great size and larger then what were used to. All the staff were very nice. Food options were excellent for both buffets and supper options. Beach view and pool view were excellent. We would stay again!

Love this resort. Have been to many all inclusives and this is one of my favorites. Beautiful beach, well maintained property, friendly staff. Love the fish tacos by the pool everyday. And love the massages on the beach

2025 in Flamingos

I'm super glad we booked thru Hotels.com. We had special concierge for that. The restaurants are all inclusive only and not a user friendly experience. The food is pretty avg. The buffet was amazingly satisfactory. You have to go out to get delish, like the Blue Shrimp. Bosarious. It's a cute little town about a 2.5 mile walk. If your able, If rent bikes and you can go all over. There's some great bars and food here. I give the resort ****.

Staff was excellent and very clean property. The only real downside is the confusion and chair shortage/saving at both pools. No one should have to get up at 5:30 in the morning to find a chair by the pool.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and I didn’t expect it to be so good! Check in went very smoothly. There is a special check in for Expedia customers. You can go there any time throughout your stay and grab coffee wine champagne or snacks throughout the day. Jose at the buffet was awesome. Food was good buffet was as good as the a la cartes We received a free upgrade to 10th floor ocean view. Loved our room. Cleaning staff was excellent and even provided turn down service. The location of this resort is right across the yellow brick road that leads to Bucerias. Beautiful path and easy walk into town and fast. The pools are clean and poolside service was excellent The really only downside was we were never able to get a chair at the adults only pool. Lots of saved chairs very early in the morning and not necessarily filled until late morning. Would recommend this resort

Pretty much everything is on site, don't have to leave, but plenty of fun things to do in PV. No nearby shops or restaurants. People that work there are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Long open beach to walk along.

We were very disappointed in our stay, we were first put into a room not much bigger than a closet and the air conditioning did not work. Finally after spending two days of my vacation complaining, we were moved to another room that much nicer and more of the description of what we reserved. But unfortunately after a couple of days the air conditioning stopped working and a pipe in the bathroom ceiling broke and water was pouring into the bathroom. We were only give 2 towels daily and I was constantly asking at the front desk for towels so we didn’t fall and for the holes in the ceiling to be repaired as all of our items were getting soaked. I went around 12 times and never got the situation fixed. I even filled out report forms. Worst vacation ever and I wasted so much time waiting on repairs, cleaning up water and waiting in lines at the front desk. My whole resort cost should be refunded! I have video and pictures and I contacted Expedia while on my trip for desperate help.

Great pool. Staff was great. Not enough chairs and tables in lobby and common areas for casual gathering for games etc. Food was good. Restaurant reservstion system poor app didnt work properly. Beach very dirty. Garbage. Not cleaned and maintained properly cigarette butts all through sand. Need proper siting chairs for beach

We liked the infinity pool, however, the water could have been a bit warmer as the weather was cooler those days. We would have like to see more chairs on the beach instead of just loungers as the older people prefer chairs. More outdoor table and chairs near pool for socializing and playing cards. Also, more seating in the lobby. The furniture in there is minimsl, broken snd uncomfortable
