We upgraded our room so that was lovely but our friends stayed in the lobby building and their rooms smelled mouldy the pool towels could only be collected by the lobby there should have been one by the beach the entertainment was terrible the lobby had hardly any seating the food was horrible the infinity pool was nice the beach was dirty and not groomed like most resorts

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! Don’t waste even a single cent on this horrible place. The cleanliness is zero, the customer service is nonexistent, and the food is terrible — even worse than zero! We had to change two rooms, and both were absolutely horrible — dirty, smelly, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work, and nobody cared to fix it. The staff completely ignored our complaints and showed no respect or professionalism. Everything about this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs — it should be shut down!

The staff was so friendly and always available. Our room was more than expected, it was perfect for myself and two sons. The pools were great, lots of beach chairs available and the ocean waves could not be beat.

One of the restaurants was closed during our visits and the others rotated days off. Buffet theme changed somewhat daily but good staples remained most days. Foods were labeled with potential allergy information, but Vegetarian dishes were not. We never went hungry or had any complaints about food quality over the week. Pools were clean and large, one adults only. Loungers were reserved by people putting they're belongings on them so need to be early to find a spot. Pools side bars and restaurants were well equipt and busy. Beach was clean with loungers, about a 30min walk to the next town. Rooms were clean but overall a little touch-up and maintainance required throughout the hotel. We had a swim-out suite and many tiles were missing, plaster and paint looking tired and chipped in areas. There were cleaners in the pools most days though. My only real complaint was that our room was very noisy. We could here everything that happened in the cafe next door, and during the night -presumably the cleaning crew - would drag heavy furniture across the floors waking us up daily. I would return again. Staff were friendly, food was great and the location was perfect

It is a nice hotel, but they should of told us two of the main restaurants were closed, so we weren't able to eat at the house steak house because it was always full. The building can use some update. Bathroom lighting is very poor, and rooms can use update. Bathroom towel and robe are very rough. b Buffet area outside needs improvement to protect from rain during rainy season. Three times we had to leave our food and area due to no protection. Location, area and especially staff were amazing !!!! Will be back!!!!

we were traveling with the baby and there was no bath so showering was a challenge , the rooms and even the corridors are narrow and made everything a bit clumsy also the food made all my family including the baby sick you would expect that they will have a better selection of fruits and more dairy products whatever steak they served us was below any ihope standard the best thing was the pool. the kids pool was amazing , alot of roaming that my baby enjoyed think twice before choosing this one
