We loved the location, cleanliness and service. The staff were very good! The food was freash and had a good variety. Sadly our meal on departure day gave 3 of us food poisening. It was from the fish taco stand. They were violently ill on the plane ride home and another 24 hours. We hope they got it under control.

Food was a pleasant surprise, tried every a la carte and enjoyed them all, lunch was the best at the buffet with lots of seafood options. Lounge chairs was a negative, there should be more available (only stayed a the adult pool). Only criticism was the beach vendors constantly bothering us on the beach, may want to look at putting in restrictions.

I loved the set up of the Pools and proximity to the beach (the beach was kept very nice). The restaurants and food were excellent and service was very good. Wonderful location that was looked after by the Staff (clean and tidy). Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The only negative was that people would put their towels out on beach side lounges at night for the next day. They should have someone go around at 6:00 am every day and just remove towels (tell people at Check In that this will happen every morning...). We would get up to go for a walk at 7:00 am every morning and almost every poolside seat was "claimed" every day (which was OK as we preferred sitting just away from the pool anyway). Overall, we had an excellent stay and a very relaxing week.

Bring earplugs if you go to bed before 10pm. Our room was facing the pool and the evening entertainment was SO loud if you're trying to sleep. Our stay here was great besides the noise at night. Good food, pool is great for kids, beach is great for boogie boarding and playing in the sand. We had no issues getting towels or water bottles as other reviewers have stated. Reserving pool and beach chairs was annoying but we always found something. It would be nice if the 2 bed rooms had queen beds instead of double. Sharing a double with hubby was tough! My kids also shared a bed as the foldout couch was way too uncomfortable to sleep on. Service was good, and I was able to book all restaurants at checkin since we booked with Expedia. I would recommend this place as a good option for a fair price, although I would book an ocean view or ocean from room to avoid the noise of the evening events.

We absolutely loved staying here and we will be back!! Everyone was so happy and friendly. We felt so safe and had no issues whatsoever. The only thing we wish would change would be the soundproofing for the rooms because the sound travelled well from the music and parties on the rooftop, which made it harder to sleep. -3 adults and 1 toddler

Overall 3/5. But staff were excellent. They are short on staff so bring your patience with you but they are all wonderful. At the breakfast buffet I highly recommend getting to know a woman named America. She is amazing!!!!

Unfortunately, this property didn’t live up to our expectations. Remotes missing, toilet flusher not working, missed room cleaning twice, no ice machines, loud A/C, 1 elevator didn’t work for a day, buffet seating inside tiny and extremely loud, food at buffet and a la carte restaurants was often overcooked. Finding seats around the pool was futile as they were all being reserved (even though it says it’s prohibited). We were disappointed.

The rooms need to be updated. Theres just been a lot of wear and tear on them. Since we stayed at two resorts the food at our previous resort was much better with more variety. Also the service and attention to filling coffee asking if we needed anything was much better at previous location as well
