I booked an extended stay for one person and the Lofts on Basilio did not disappoint in any way. The communication before and during the stay were timely and informative. The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. The roofrop terrace is a great bonus area. Remi and the staff were helpful with arranging airport transfers, laundry and room service. The Lofts are a great location within walking distance to all that PV has to offer.

We love staying here, the location is great, the lofts a huge and the cleaning gals are sweet as pie. It was perfect for our 3 week stay, I was recovering from surgery and my husband was able to go out to OXO the pharmacy and all our favorite stops to eat very easily.

No staff onsite. No where to leave your luggage if your flight isn’t until later. Most places offer this, so this is something they should consider. Maybe install a couple lockers on the rooftop patio. Responses were delayed when messaging. Cute boutique hotel. Room was small but very cool details. Next time I would get one of the larger rooms. The room was fantastic- even though we had reservations about it being "in the back of the hotel, ground floor". It was great! Quiet, the waterfall wall was outstanding. We loved the shower - amazing! And the staff, always smiling, polite and courteous - we asked for more coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and got extras each day! We love our coffee. The fridge was nice and cold, and so was the AC when we needed it (which was rare). Being at the back of the building had its advantages. And the rooftop was beautiful and calming, very nice! Although we never went into the infinity pool, it sure looked great! Thanks again!
