Spend your days cooling off in the pool, soaking in one of the 2 hot tubs, working out in the well-appointed gym, taking in a round of tennis, or take a stroll down from the pool area onto the beach & into the quaint town of Mismaloya. Serene & Tranquil bliss.
The space
Full luxury and incredible views in the private master retreat with heavenly king sized bed, built-ins with closets and drawers, large TV, patio doors to the balcony, attached double-sink ensuite with circular shower. Second bedroom offers the option of a king bed set-up or divide into 2 twin beds. There is also a built-in desk for a quiet workspace. Extra guests have the double sofa bed in the living room. All three sleeping areas have separately controlled central air conditioning zones for personalized comfort. Shared guest bathroom features a jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The full-sized kitchen includes gas stove, oven, large refrigerator / freezer, microwave, and all the amenities you would expect in such a property. The dining and living areas are comfortably designed for relaxing and enjoying the built-in sound system (a few DVDs and CDs are available- bring your favorites), TV with many options, and the views. The balcony has 2 seating areas that can be arranged to your liking for lounging, dining, or reading and relaxing with a beverage while watching the sunset from the comfort of your spacious accommodation. Elevators and stairs take you to the pool, hot tubs, billiards, gym, reception area, laundry, and gardens, pergolas, shaded gazebos, dining areas and decks. Private gardens and lounging areas are found around the expansive property. No more than 6 guests including children and infants.
Guest access
The security and reception concierge welcome you each time you enter and are there to answer your questions. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will provide you with keys and fobs for the gate to the beach as well as all other access points in the building such as laundry. If you would like extra cleaning visits during your stay you must schedule these with me in advance. Housekeeping does not do dishes or personal laundry.
Other things to note
Please note the amount of guests must not exceed 6 at any time and the condo is designed for 4 adults max and max 2 children or infants, which must be included in your booking.
