The place is conveniently situated close to all the buzz of the area, yet on a charming street and hidden from any unwanted noise. An ideal base to explore Puerto Vallarta.

Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully crafted to present an experience of upscale elegance. With two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom includes an en suite full bathroom, king size bed, large walk-in closet and dedicated outdoor space. Living room space boasts modern Italian furniture with genuine leather couches. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with a fully equipped kitchen, big private terrace, washer and dryer. Three-stage water treatment system provides clean drinking water to your fridge with an ice-maker. Great value for the location.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, it’s close to all the action; however, a little bit off the beaten path the unit was just as expected check in was simple and easy. The only downside is that they’re building a new complex next-door, so there is some noise in the morning for whoever stays in the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was amazing and I would stay there again.

AMAZING STAY! I consider myself a visiting local having stayed in Zona Romantica for months a time for the past 4 years and loved my experience saying at Andrey and Michael's place. The condo is perfectly located and is very walkable to the bars, beach, and shops. The condo itself is new and well-stocked. It has very effective A/C units and the rooftop pool was a great bonus. Booking was extremely easy and communication was so very smooth, all questions were answered promptly and the Andrey and Michael were very accommodating to some of my last-minute requests. Highly recommend!
