nice unit but had three serious problems… road noise was unbearable while in the patio, AC system is not user friendly (I eventually gave up trying to change it), and on day 2 there was no hot water (mgmt tried to blame it on me for not knowing how to use a faucet!!!)… this unit is overpriced given these issues

The views are unequaled with 3 balconies, pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed was there. I think the rooftop pool is the biggest in PV. It's beautiful. The private elevators were a bit tricky at first, but Sebastian with CasaHill walked us through everything we needed to know. He was truly delightful. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great property!

The condo was clean and well stocked when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described. The building is very secure and located just a short walk away from restaurants, the beach, and the Malecon. The view of the bay is stunning and the pool area is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Fantastic views in new building!

Very pleased to try the new Soho building. This corner unit on high floor had spectacular views from every angle and was very private. The unit was furnished tastefully had all amenities you could need. The rooftop and pool had plenty of lounging areas even during busy times. And the gym was very well outfitted. Would definitely stay again.
