The downtown Posada was substandard for the price we paid. The second Posada was except able and better value. Downtown Posada was noisy, dirty, and neighbours paid less than half of what we were charged through Expedia.

Do not stay here. Hotel is run down, dirty, and inaccurately portrayed online. We stayed the first of six nights and had to leave. Expedia would not refund us any money even though we had free cancellation.

La ropa de cama está horrible, el personal de limpieza no hace su labor como debería, dejan camas sin tender, basura sin recoger, las toallas están ya muy viejas, lavamanos tapados, quieren cobrar todo extra, no respetan el horario de descanso, hacen demasiado ruido, ventanas que no se pueden cerrar, las personas no son amables con los huéspedes, la alberca sucia, los baños de la zona del asador están súper descuidados, en general no me lleve nada de buena impresión.

Las instalaciones son viejas y están mal cuidadas. Llovió y había goteras en el techo, que provocaron encharcamientos en el cuarto. Las toallas viejas y percudidas. La puerta hacia terraza safada de su riwl. Ponen pulseras a los huéspedes, como se hacía en el pasado. Se deja garantía de $200 para cobrar pérdidas o robos de toallas o vasos rotos, etc muy molesto eso. El WI-FI no llega al tercer piso, imposible conectarse a la red del hotel. El agua de la alberca muy sucia dada la gran cantidad de gente que llega en autobuses. Si bien es cierto es un hotel de 2.5 estrellas no justifica la falta de mantenimiento y toallas percudidas. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Lo único bueno es su personal MUY AMABLE Y SERVICIAL. Pero creo que no es un hotel que debe promocionar Expedia.
