Private Villa with Heated Pool, 3 Bedrooms + Loft

Classical Mexican themed villa with private heated pool and gym in Zona Romantica. Well furnished with stylish comfortable decor and premium amenities. Perfect for families or small groups of friends who prefer not having to share facilities with strangers.

Please note that like most of PV there is construction nearby. The home is a short but steep walk or quick cab ride above the main street (Basilio Badillo). Please do not book if these might be issues for you.

Basement level has laundry and gym. Main level has fully equipped kitchen plus open concept dining and living room areas. Second level has queen bedroom with ensuite bath and 2 additional bedrooms (queen and twin) with shared bath. Third level has loft twin daybed, half bath, workdesk, and second dining table. Rooftop patio has bbq with sink and minifridge, bar seating, outdoor shower, and pool. All rooms except the basement have air conditioning. There is no garage only street parking. The home is not suitable for persons unable to climb stairs. The location is on Pulpito street between Aguacate and Jacarandas, which is a 2 to 15 minute walk to anywhere in zona romantica. Uber/taxi pickup is available directly in front of the home.

Guest occupancy is 6 persons maximum with an additional 2 visitors allowed during the day. Never more than 8 persons on the premises. Parties are forbidden.

Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.

There is a keypad alarm by the front door that needs to be armed/disarmed.

Caretaker will need to enter the home once per week to service rooftop pool. They will also perform a light housecleaning with your permission.

Pool is heated to approx 80-85 F (27-29 C) from November to April. It is not capable of being used as a hot tub.

Electricity service is limited, be mindful not to run all 5 AC units plus pool heater and appliances simultaneously.
