This hotel is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything. Staff is always cleaning by the pool, rooms are cleaned daily with water bottles. The pool is clean as well as the bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. We will definitely be coming back!

Large clean yet simple accommodations. Comfortable bed, kitchenette was nice to have! The noise level is high when people are in the central pool area as voices carry. The kids got to be a bit loud and so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. But other than that a decent place to stay. *NOTE there are barely any working ATM machines in the town of Sayulita. Get cash at the airport or ask the front desk at the airport to exchange up to $100 usd. Or go to San Pancho as there is a working ATM near the hospital

Hotel and Staff were excellent. The only reason I gave them a 4 star for the parking was because the parking is offsite in a lot which is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel that caught me by surprise. The hotel has listed onsite parking which is not accurate. They do have parking but it’s offsite. Not a big deal for me where I wouldn’t return, I just feel that can be described more accurately.
