🌇 The Neighborhood

Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

🛡️Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their faces on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

👥 Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

🗝️ Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

🚶Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis, and busses are readily available.

📝 Other Things to Note
Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace.

This place was fantastic! Great location, modern amenities, very clean, easy check in and out process, great air conditioning and luxurious rooftop pool! The only negatives were no filtered water in this unit (we stayed in unit next door previously and it had double filtered water which was so nice) and there were quite a few noisy and splashy kids staying in condo building in the pool during our stay. Overall, a great condo in an excellent location!

Disappointed Stay

We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for nearly 20 years and have stayed at countless places. Our stays are usually great and the condos we rent are exactly as described; however, this time was disappointing. First of all the photos on VRBO of the property showing a beautiful ocean view from the balcony was not updated since there is now a large condo blocking 80% of the ocean view. Secondly, there was a large amount of noise since the pool area was being maintenanced during most of our stay. Third, the pool area was not open and even though we were told it would reopen on Oct 30th, it didn't reopen until Nov 2nd in the evening, so we lost the majority best part of the condo for the majority of our stay. I would not stay at this location again, especially for the high price we paid compared to many other properties that are cheaper and we've had no problems with. I hate to leave a bad review since this is the first one I've left, but it really was very disappointing overall.

Been to PV many times and this was a new building for me. It was amazing. Clean. Modern. Well maintained. Rooftop pool was great to relax. Oh and the bed was SO SO comfortable. 100% would recommend.

We loved this location... short walking distance to the local gym, beach, restaurants, and shops. The unit has great layout and the bed was super comfy. Partial views off the patio are amazing and enjoyed every morning with coffee. Rooftop pool has an even better view and tranquil surroundings. We would book here again.

Beautiful condo!

Such a beautiful place with everything you could need in it. The view was incredible looking at all the condos on the hill and down the streets and the ocean. The rooftop pool was amazing and so clean. My husband and I have been to a lot of places but this was fantastic. You stepped out side and anywhere you turned there was a bar or a restaurant or a bakery or a coffee shop… We absolutely loved it. The only drawback is it isn’t on the water but we went and rented beach chairs a couple days which wasn’t anything at all really.

Relaxation and Renewal

It is an amazing property and Aurora is the best. Felt right at home when she checked me in and gave me a tour of the apartment and I didn't feel rush. Whatever you think you need, it is there-just look, even laundry detergent. The communication was above and beyond to the point, almost down to minute of arrival. Pool is amazing, views as well and the building is incredibly clean. I would definitely stay here again. You are in area where there are clubs but it never bothered me once i closed the doors and especially when i went to bed because the bedroom is more interior. The noise is not the problem of the building though and again, I would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved this stay!

This is our third stay in this building and the first in this apartment. What an amazing place - views of of the ocean, super comfortable couch and bed, everything we needed to settle in and have a great time. The pool in this building is beautiful. This unit is in the middle of Zona Rosa - a 5 minute walk to clubs, restaurants, Starbucks, and even a small grocery store. The location is absolutely perfect. The property manager was awesome. She helped us set up transportation from the airport (which we recommend) and met us to get us settled into the apartment. Seamless and top service all the way. Thank you again, we will be back!

Beautiful Property Great Location

The hospitality, graciousness, genuine care and consideration of Denise was flawless. She made herself available and responded timely whenever I needed anything at all; I will never forget her. Our stay at the Lofts was comfortable, and enjoyable; unfortunately there was one exception. A very conflicted security guard who went out of his way to attempt to make our experience less than enjoyable (Gerardo Guerrero). I refuse to be negative about this lovely property, because of one conflicted man’s psychological state and unprofessionalism; however, he is the ONLY reason I did not give this property a five star rating. Nevertheless, I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Lofts of your in PV ♥️

Great view, location and clean!!!

Property is in the heart of Romantic Zone, balcony has a good view of the ocean although a few blocks from beach. Many great restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Building is newer, clean and secure. Pool/spa area on roof is beautiful with amazing views. Highly recommend and hope to come back here soon.

Great location and beautiful condo

This condo's location is perfect with great restaurants around and a short walk to the beach. The rooftop is also beautiful with a nice big pool. The pool was a bit chilly but refreshing from sitting in the sun. Our only complaint would be the strictness of the rules on the rooftop. There were a lot of rules, which we have never experienced at other condos.
