Great location. Central to PV. Great to walk on the Malecon. Great shops, restaurants and surrounding. Nice people. Great place next door to sit on the beach to have a drink or meal and watch the sun set.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for ONE night and I have bed bug bites all over my arms and legs. I have always been paranoid of something like this happening and as soon as we saw our room I just KNEW it had to be a place that was dirty enough to have bed bugs. I went against my better instincts and stayed quiet. We came home the next day and I was itchy so I’m thinking mosquitos. NOPE. I had it confirmed by a doctor. Freaking bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting and Expedia cannot help you when you complain because of “restrictions and regulations.” A hotel cannot put you in a situation like this so idk what regulations they are talking about. For Expedia to even have this hotel as an option says enough. This Hotel is absolutely disgusting, the staff is horrible, it’s in a noisy location, and the rooms are completely outdated. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. You will absolutely regret it.

Good choice for a few days

Clean,comfortable room with a fridge and big deck. Great location with beach access and nice pool. Had a restaurant and a free continental breakfast (toast,coffee,fruit and juice)

Great Mexican Hotel

The hotel is a bit older and rustic but it has a nice Mexican charm. The rooms a bit smaller but very clean and air conditioned. It has a pool and restaurant. It is at the start of the Malecon so you are within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. You can pop down to Starbucks or McDonalds for morning coffee, if you are craving a taste of home. Our room faced the street but it wasn’t as noisy as I expected. The building is quite well insulated and that street is very busy! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a reasonable price and clean room.

Property did provide enough towels toiletries while we were there. No ironing board or iron. Had to tip for everything. Breakfast was minimal had to pay more for hot meals. All areas expected tips for minimal service. But the experience is wonderful. Great place to visit

The Rosita is in a great location! At the beginning of the malecon and right in 5 December area. Excellent value for the money. Bare bones room but clean, comfortable beds and warm large shower! Would stay again. Skip the drinks and food, lots of options very close!

The free continental breakfast was meagre but the coffee plentiful and good. Pay the extra 99 Pesos for the breakfast buffet! This is a sweet old hotel right at the North end of The Melancon, so super locale for walking, shopping and restaurants. It also is attractive to Mexican families,which is great, although the pool could become a bit crowded with exuberant children. Poolside meals and drinks can be ordered. Delicious margaritas! Poolside is right above the beach so watch for whales and enjoy the many seabirds; pelicans, frigate birds and various gulls.

I love the place, It is charming. My only complaint was the free breakfast is pretty meagre and the coffee was meh. There's such good coffee in Mexico, what they served was pretty sad.
