There was a room error, it was very quickly resolved. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again next time we stay in the area. Perfect location too... ...even with heavy road & sidewalk construction, rooms were very quiet and we had great sleep!

The hotel has great location, room was clean and modern looking inside. The cafe was ok. No drinks only beer available the night we were there - though drinks are on their menu. The big issue is the road work in front and along the strip in front of the hotel. The main road has been dug up for underground utility maintenance. This is the road the pool faces. It is noisy during the day I would only recommend a short stay for that reason, during the road work phase.

Very nice, updated large rooms. Loved having a refrigerator, wished for a small microwave. Lovely terrace and pool area. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, extremely helpful. Would be nice if Loft had a reciprocal agreement with Rosita or nearby bar on beach for views of the bay….maybe discount on lunch or drinks at either.

Stayed in Dec 2025 for 7 nights, room was modern and clean, all staff was professional and friendly, breakfast was available for purchase with fresh and delicious options and the small kitchen staff does an excellent job. At no fault to the hotel, the street nearby is undergoing major construction and I was woken up at 6AM every morning by heavy equipment and vehicle backup alarms. If this is a concern for you I would advise reaching out to the hotel prior to booking and asking if the room borders the street.

The room was in good condition. However, the front desk staff mentioned a strange policy stating that rooms are cleaned only every other day, which was not reflected on their profile when I reserved the room. Also, the housekeeping staff are very nice but seem lazy, as they never cleaned the bathroom or changed the towels. I had to complain at the front desk about this policy to make sure the room was cleaned on a daily basis, which they did, but only after 4 p.m. Besides Stefanie at the front desk, the other two ladies were clearly upset when I raised my concerns

The Best part of my stay was the Excellent Staff. Too many top performers, to mention all of them here. But Gabriela at the ‘front desk’ stood out. Professional, Polite, Pleasant, Personable and ultra helpful. Just a Genuine Customer Service Representative. Pepe gets honourable mention as my much needed help for operating the cool things in the room - such as A/C, Ceiling Fans, Electronic Key Fob, TV Remote and Safe. And he had a couple of assistants too, who also helped -they know who they are. In the end EVERYTHING worked like a charm, once I understood how to do it all. My Loft Suite, was ‘Named’ the “Las Vegas”; and all Suites had Different City names from all over the World - which I thought was a stroke of genius for marketing, interest and excitement for staying in Your chosen Suite - and hopefully getting a different one on Your next stay ?! My Las Vegas Loft was very pretty, well appointed, ultra modern, exceptionally clean and pretty darn cool. I would like to stay in the very charming ‘Moscow’ Suite next time - if I can get lucky. All of the suites are Unique in their own way - size, # of bedrooms, some have kitchenettes, some with balconies, etc. So there is something for everyone and budget. Pool and pool deck excellent. Have their own Restaurant at the pool area for breakfast and brunch - and although I did not try it - MANY people I met were not did daily; and I never heard a bad word about it. I would stay here again in a Heartbeat !!

Stayed twice in Dec 2025. First time had room Atlanta which was large, modern and clean. Bathroom worked great. Internet worked great. Lots of electrical outlets. Staff was courteous. Whole stay was pleasant and was a good value. It’s a convenient location in the tourist zone near the Malecon. Liked it so well I booked the same level room again. Second trip was assigned room Buenos Aires. Room was smaller, furniture old, mold in shower, toilet flush very weak, bathroom leak to floor, sewer smell, internet faded in and out, whole room looks like it’s not been remodeled when some other rooms have, on the plus side it offered a nice balcony over the pool and being interior had no street noise. Prices vary here by demand, rooms vary depending a lot on location, floor plan and age. I can see why some people have very positive reviews, but my experience was inconsistent. I appealed to the front desk twice, no help. I would stay here again if the fluctuation price was right and I was sure to not get the outdated rooms. For those who have a vehicle, they did have an attached parking lot which could be a big plus as many rooms near the beach/Malecon or even zona Romántica lack parking.

An excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. My room was clean and spacious. Good quality towels in the bathroom. Not the threadbare ones you see in some midrange hotels. Excellent staff. Strong wifi, and good hot water supply in the shower. Good noise reduction between rooms. My only complaint is that the back of the hotel is along a busy road, so there was ambient noise, particularly at night. This was from traffic, music, and general street activities, sometimes occurring as late as 2:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of. Would I stay here again in future? Definitely, 100%.

The location was perfect as a solo woman traveler. My room was quite and clean all the time. They served free coffee in the morning up to 9am, better than coffee from any other cafes. I stayed for a week.
