Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind. The waiters at the pool bar, the men at the entrance, the front desk and the housekeeping ladies! The room was clean! The beds were comfortable! The pool was well kept and the perfect temperature! The ocean was steps away and glorious! We would absolutely stay again!! Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful trip!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio, who work in the pool area. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening.

Location, staff, and room was amazing! We had the high floor oven view w/ king bed and it was so comfy. Staff clean everyday and everyone was so helpful and nice! My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. The room was excellent. We chose a high floor and had excellent view of the ocean and property. The room was very clean and had daily maid service. The pool area was great with excellent service of food and drinks. The only issue we had was with the lack of on site restaurants but there are many close by. We will return someday in our travels.

Room was nice and clean. Resort was quiet. The only complaint is that it wasnt an all inclusive. I was told i wasnt the only person that had made that mistake. We were told it eventually will be an all inclusive. As of right now its very quiet and easy to get a chair at the pool. Beach was small but decent. Excellent location, close to the airport and very close to the marina where theres tons of food and shopping options. Although the confusion with the all inclusive was a shock, it ended up being a nice stay. Food at the pool was good, we didnt eat at any of the restaurants otherwise. One last note, theres definitely construction but we personally didnt find it all that disruptive.

Nice champagne welcome drink. Beautiful property. Lovely ocean view from the room. Comfy beds and pillows. Great housekeeping. Nice and mild signature hotel scent. Friendly staff. Would have liked more varied breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The chaise lounges on the beach were very dirty and worn. The chaise lounges around the pool were not much better. It was unclear how to get an umbrella and lounge chair to relax on the beach. Perhaps several should have been set up early in the day. We had to get our own chaise lounges and there were no umbrellas around.
