Beautiful gated condo in Marbella Suites! Walkable area right in the hotel zone.12 minute car ride to Centro and the Romantic Zone, where you’ll enjoy the beautiful Malecón Boardwalk. Property is less than a ten minute walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants PV has to offer! You’ll be completely surrounded by nature on this property with gorgeous views from the balconies. Property is less than 20 minutes from the airport. Best location to enjoy your holiday in Puerto Vallarta!

Comfortable two bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Master (with a TV) has a king bed with access to the bathroom (second access outside the second bedroom).. Second bedroom has two single beds and a dedicated work space. Living area with TV and plenty of seating, dining area for four, and a breakfast bar. Balconies in living room and both bedrooms, where you’ll be completely surrounded by nature! Fully equipped kitchen; WiFi, in unit washer/dryer, AC units and ceiling fans in all rooms. Located on the 4th floor of a walkup building so there are steps. Large adult pool and a kids pool, with plenty of chairs to lay out. Beautiful walking paths throughout the property. Short walk to the closest beach and a short car ride to some of the most beautiful nearby beaches. Free parking on premises and the unit is close to the complex entrance, for easy access to get in and out.

Though we have the best views on top, please ensure that you are ok with walking up 4 flights of stairs before booking, as there are no elevators on this property. We’re happy to assist with your luggage, if requested!
