Beautiful Luxury Condo

Pros:One of the nicest rooftop pools I've ever been to. Adults only, quiet. Very few people. Beautifully appointed condo. The corner unit had 2 walls of al fresco sliding doors to make it a very indoor/outdoor experience. Fully appointed kitchen. Cons:Most of the time we had no hot water for showers. The building wifi was not working for the first 2 days we were there. There are no grocery or mini-mart stores or restaurants within walking distance; however, the buses are very easy to catch. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DEAL WITH THE FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP SALES PEOPLE. THEY LIED AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Barcilio Martell will try to be there for your arrival and check in time. I dealt with them and they promised me a gift for joining the presentation the following morning. They knew that my wife would not be joining the presentation. Despite that knowledge, they wrote down on the piece of paper that it would just be myself, and I would receive a free gift. I attended the presentation and ultimately did not end up buying a timeshare. When I asked to receive the promised gift, they told me that I was not eligible for the gift because my wife did not attend the presentation. This was despite knowledge that it would just be myself, and a written piece of paper stating that I would receive the gift. This demonstrates the fact that they are deceitful and not trustworthy.
