We loved our stay. The staff makes you feel like family. Alex the bar tender is great. Ceasar in the restaurants will make sure you have exactly what you need for a great experience. Paul takes care of everyone during the day. Many more were exceptional, but those three are top notch. Very quiet and not much night life on property, but you are very close to great restaurants and the Malecon Boardwalk Vallarta is a short walk. We will be back.

My sister and I went here to visit PV for her birthday and the staff made our stay feel very comfortable! As soon as we got there we were greeted well and almost everyone at the hotel speaks English which is great for any language barrier.

Villa Premiere Boutique was overall a great experience, with staff like Alicia, Paul, Alejandro, and Edgar who were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our honeymoon suite with jacuzzi was very clean, with modern decor, and had a beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was also amazing - they came in everyday, twice a day, to clean our room, make our bed, place new aromatherapy; they would even come in while we were out to prepare our bed for sleep and left chocolates. Worth mentioning to speak to their kindness and safety measures - there was also a kind woman who I didn’t get the name of, who had noticed me from the day prior and let me know that I had left my phone in the taxi we took to an excursion we had booked with Villa Premiere’s staff. She spotted me in the pool and immediately asked if I had lost my phone, arranged from the taxi driver to return my phone to me. I couldn’t have been more grateful. We would definitely return here for another vacation!

This was a great 3 day spot to relax and eat good food. Not a great beach due to the rocks, but the service that is provided is top notch. Cesar & Jorge took great pride in going the extra mile to make sure our dinner was spectacular. Edgar also did a great job during our stay. Overall if you want a small quiet spot with excellent food and good service go here. Bar pool could use more shock or a good cleaning. Water was a little foggy.

We had a great experience checking in, the gentleman who checked us in was great We had a spa treatment that was excellent. The restaurants were great, food was great. Pool and service was fun and friendly. Checking out I had not such a great experience with the manager the 25th, a little rude and abrasive, when I asked for my bill to be explained to me Other than that my stay was very enjoyable.

Great hotel. Good service and nice facilities. On the beach. Breakfast was excellent. I got the honeymoon room. I love the terrace jacuzzi with ocean view. The beach was not sand, it has small rocks. One day, the room didn’t have water from 12pm to 4:30pm.

This is a fantastic hotel. From the reception when you arrived you are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a 5 min complementary massage. The location is very ideal. The service, attention, food and facilities are exceptional. The staff working the pool are super attentive. This was our second visit and will return.

Most staff were helpful and friendly. All-inclusive was a bit confusing; we befriended a few people at the bar. They left before us, the bartender(s) put all their drinks on our check then asked us to tip based on the entire amount. Either do better at tracking tabs or don’t require all-inclusive guests to have checks. (Bring cash for all tips and prevent confusion on room charges.) Property is clean yet noticeably an older property that has had updates. Food is fine. Not terrible but nothing to write home about. (One step up from big all-inclusive resorts.)

This property was absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything we wanted while staying in Puerto Vallarta! The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were everything you’d want while on vacation. We chose the all inclusive package and we’re so glad we did. This resort has the absolute best food and drinks at any all inclusive I’ve ever booked before. Our room had an ocean view and it was so peaceful & relaxing in the evenings hearing the ocean waves lapping on the beach. I felt safe throughout my stay and the staff were definitely my favorite because not only were they friendly but super accommodating. I definitely intend on staying here again. 10/10 recommend. Book this property to experience paradise.
