It was a great location and the staff was great, but our shower in room 132 only had hot water once during our stay. We probably should have said something, but that might have entailed maintenance in our room which we didn't want either.

Room was beautiful but a few easy tweaks would give this a 5 star. More hooks in the bathrooms for drying towels, bathing suits and all the things. More dishes, cutlery, toaster and kettle in the kitchen. Chairs for outside are not comfortable. At basically $400 CAD per night this should be doable. Bed and linens and pillows were A++ for us!

Beautiful, clean, quiet place with great staff! My only minor complaint is that the garden view room had lights outside that shone in the room around the blind, so the room wasn't as dark as I would like. I think curtains on either side of the roll down blind would eliminate this issue. I would happily stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Our room had a terrible smell of mould when we walked in. The shower was not draining at all, so we had to unscrew a plug that was in it. Once we did that, another awful smell filled the room. We asked to switch rooms the next day because the odour was unbearable. They switched us no problem and were quite kind. The next room also had a mould smell but it was less pronounced. I think this is just a byproduct of being close to the ocean and unavoidable - we have had similar experiences in southern coastal accommodations, but because the room wasn’t exactly cheap, we felt it wasn’t out of line to ask to be moved. Again, they were very nice about it. The rooms also didn’t have any lamps, which makes it difficult to read comfortably at night. But the water pressure was good, the decks and tubs are beautiful. And the pool is nice to lounge at - on the beach we were harassed by people trying to sell us something every two minutes (literally). So the pool is a bit of a refuge! Everything else was 10/10.

I didn’t see a hot tub. Beach view was amazing. Bar staff very kind. Pool a little cool for the not too hot climate/temperature during our stay.

The best part is the staff! What a wonderful group of humans! It’s also handy there is food and drink right at the pool! The restaurant across the street is fabulous and right beyond that- the beach. You can walk to town in about 5 mins. Highly recommend Hotel Ysuri.

View was blocked due to vegetation. Trees needed trimming. The price was high for hardly any inside deco. Didn't have Mexico feel. Pool was cold.3 tv channels out of a couple hundred in English.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was lovely. The beach was just across the road and a convenient restaurant. The main town with shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away

Our 2 bedroom suite was huge and had all the things we required to make the stay really great. The infinity pool looking over the beach is wonderful, you are looking at the fishing end of the beach, and you do have some trees in front of you but the view is still fantastic. Nestled in the jungle it is peaceful on this end of town. Quick walk to town, restaurants and everything you need. It is a family friendly resort with people of all ages staying. Quiet and cute for a getaway. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was amazing. They all get 5 stars. Things that might matter to someone: - I was not able to have a luke warm shower once in my ensuite, which for some might be an issue. My roomate did have a few. - There are stairs and steep walkways which could be a challenge for folks with mobility issues. - Our suite did not have any lamps which made the indoor lighting a bit harsh. Not all suites looked this way however.

Our outside kitchen was missing at the penthouse. There also wasn’t a bbq. The stairs to the penthouse were also an unpleasant surprise. I feel it was overpriced. Overall we had a good experience
