L' Authentic - Puisseguin

Located about twelve kilometers from Saint Emilion and fifty from Bordeaux, our cottage enjoys a calm and pleasant environment in the small hamlet of Coussillon in the heart of the vineyards. This location will be ideal for discovering some of the most prestigious vineyards (Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes, Bordeaux), and our local heritage rich in its castles, bastides and typical villages. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Grand Saint Emilionnais Golf Club located 7 kilometers away. It is in this setting that Véronique and Olivier welcome you all year round in their furnished and air-conditioned cottage in a fully restored 14th century building. Independent from the owners' home, it consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with toilet, a mezzanine living room and a master suite upstairs (bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed with small bathroom and private toilet) complete the set. A laundry area with washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment is reserved for you in a room adjoining the gîte (not communicating). You will have a private terrace with garden furniture overlooking our beautiful heated swimming pool, shared with the owners, open from mid-April to the end of September (9 a.m.-10 p.m.), a garden with gas plancha. Sheets, table linen, towels and heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service). Please note that the gîte must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights in the "off-season" and "mid-season" and for a minimum of one week in the "high and very high season" as well as during all school holidays. This gîte is reserved for tourist rental. An air conditioner cools the upper floor and the main room on the ground floor, while the ground floor bedrooms are naturally cooled by the thickness of the walls.
