Réservation annulée le jour du voyage :-( !!!

Extrêmement déçu d’abritel qui a vu nos deux réservations du 8 au 15 août annulées à la dernière minute dont la deuxième APRES ACCEPTATION ET DÉBIT DE NOTRE CARTE BLEUE, ANNULÉE LE JOUR MÊME 8 Août !!! Aucun feedback du service client que nous avons appelé deux fois le 8 août pour nous trouver un remplacement ou une nuit d ´hôtel alors que nous essayions de trouver une solution afin de loger le soir même avec nos trois filles (plus de 170€ de train ) . Avons du annuler cette semaine prévue de longue date … —> sans excuses de votre service clients et dédommagement pour les frais occasionnés , je n’utiliserai plus JAMAIS votre plateforme . Cordialement Denis Sennechael
