Villa Garonne is a charming villa with a private swimming pool, located near the lively town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot in the Lot-et-Garonne. Stylishly furnished and very comfortable, the villa stands on a large 4000 m² plot with several terraces. Enjoy peace, space and privacy in a beautiful green setting. With its child-friendly facilities, Villa Garonne is ideal for families and groups of up to eight people (plus two children).

Inside
The bright living room offers a cosy sitting area, a spacious dining table and large sliding doors leading to the terrace. The open kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.

On the ground floor you’ll find the Master Bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with massage shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed and pull-out bed. A second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Outside
Around the villa you’ll find several terraces with dining areas and lounge furniture. The private pool, equipped with an alarm system, is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There’s ample parking on the property and in the double garage you’ll find a pool table, table football and table tennis.

Astrid did a wonderful job of getting all of our concerns taken care of and is a credit and pleasure to deal with.The house has a few problems that in our opinion caused us to rate our stay lower than we would have liked. Our stay was during a very hot weather period in Pujols 35C on some days. This house does not have any air conditioning and the indoor temperature did not fall below 29C despite all the shutters being down during the day and the constant use of a few fans. The internet is very weak and inadequate even to receive basic emails. The beds and provided linens are not of a very good quality.

Maison avec de très belles prestations. Chambres avec des grands lits et des dressing, grand séjour salle à manger salon. Nous avons séjourné à 6adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge. Bien équipé, idéale!
