Gut und günstig

Das wichtigste ist vorhanden, die Lage nicht schlecht (weil sehr ruhig in einem Wohnviertel am Rande Pulas)und der Vermieter sehr nett. Im großen und ganzen ist die Ausstattung schon älter und einfach, aber auch gepflegt. Ein großer Aufstellpool ist im Garten vorhanden und kann gerne genutzt werden, was bei den Temperaturen echt super ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe und in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
