In a quiet and private location, the residence has a salt-water swimming pool with a large sunbathing area and a bar with a large relaxation area. The residence is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. Golf course and riding stables are is a town of over 7,000 inhabitants located 35 kilometres south-west of Cagliari. Of medieval origin, the town is rich in natural, archaeological and cultural treasures.It has become a major tourist destination, thanks to its stunning location, including the wonderful beaches of Santa Margherita and Su Gunventeddu, as well as its archaeological sites.
