Elite 1 is located in the front yard area. There is your own swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden, so use it and take a swim to refresh during the day, and afterwards relax on the loungers. Behind the house there is a children's playground which is in the shade during the day, where your children can play carefree. The villa has a spacious, bright and airy open plan ground floor with living room, dining area and kitchen, and there is an extra bathroom on your disposal. The living area provides enough space for all guest to enjoy their time together for instance by watching your favourite sport team playing on TV or singing your favourite hit songs on the karaoke machine as an easy and fun activity. There are four bedrooms on the first floor of the villa, all with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a large terrace - the perfect place for that first cup of morning coffee or tea while the sunrise breaks over the area. Villa Elite 1 is located in the outskirts of Pula so its easy for you to hop to the nearby beach or explore many old landmarks in the city.
