Mare a portata di mano

La casa che abbiamo trovato era esattamente come da descrizione e foto, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e con cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima posizione sul mare, ideale per visitare le meravigliose spiagge della zona ma anche di regalarsi un po’ di relax anche senza utilizzare la macchina infatti una spiaggia è sa pochi metri dall’appartamento e l’altra a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Grazie ad Aldo per il suo benvenuto e per la disponibilità.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Ringrazio Aldo per la sua gentilezza e cortesia e disponibilità. La sua casa turchese è una vera chicca posizionata in posto strategico, vicino alle più belle e suggestive spiagge del sud della Sardegna. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, la casa è fornita di tutte le comodità. Abbiamo trovato nella casa anche un ombrellone una pravi a borsa frigo e una sdraietta , avendo così la possibilità di fare tutte le escursioni possibili in piena comodità. Per noi che abbiamo viaggiato in aereo è stato decisamente molto gradito. Grazie ancora Aldo, sicuramente torneremo per una nuova vacanza.

Location molto confortevole immersa in una fresca pineta e a pochi passi un mare cristallino. Relax

Vacanza molto rilassante e salutare. Colazione, pranzo e cena sul terrazzino vista mare ( e che mare!). Vicinissime spiagge mozzafiato con mare smeraldo. Per la sera merita una passeggiata a Pula: bei negozi, gelaterie, ristoranti, spettacoli e musica in piazza. Aldo, il proprietario, è molto attento e disponibile, ci ha fornito informazioni preziose per rendere il ns soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Sicuramente torneremo da lui.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa vacanza appena ristrutturata a 20 metri dal mare. Vacanza fantastica! Appartamento davvero bello, curato, pulitissimo e fornito di qualunque comfort per adulti e bambini! Vista mozzafiato e posizione perfetta per girare tutte le più belle spiagge di Chia e dintorni. Comunque anche la spiaggia sottostante è davvero incantevole! In oltre per qualsiasi necessità il proprietario Aldo è davvero disponibile e gentile!

Appartamento molto curato con vista spettacolare

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi di 12 e 16 anni) in questo carinissimo appartamento nella settimana dal 10 al 17 giugno 2018 e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta della scelta fatta. La casa turchese è in una posizione meravigliosa, una vista impagabile su un mare spettacolare. L'appartamento era conforme alla descrizione, completamente rinnovato, arredato con gusto e curato nei particolari. Fornitissimo di tutto (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, televisione, aria condizionata, perfino giochi per bambini, racchettine, teli mare, seggioline pieghevoli e ombrellone). Inoltre il Sig. Aldo ci ha fatto trovare una mappa di tutte le spiagge con relativa valutazione e un elenco di tutti i numeri utili possibili e immaginabili oltre che ad un elenco dei ristoranti consigliati nella zona. Il mare è davvero a due passi e la spiaggia del Pinus Village è davvero bellissima, consigliatissima per famiglie con bambini. Anche il Pinus Village, sul quale avevo letto recensioni contrastanti, invece mi è piaciuto molto, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Certo non offre grandi servizi se non un piccolo parco giochi, ma di questo ero informata e quindi avevo messo in conto che ci saremmo dovuti spostare in macchina per fare la spesa. Consiglierei assolutamente questo appartamento a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla in un mare incontaminato. E' inoltre in posizione comodissima per raggiungere le splendide spiagge di Chia, in massimo 10 minuti di macchina si arriva dappertutto. Complimenti ad Aldo per la cura dei particolari ed i servizi forniti ai propri ospiti. Anche se solitamente non torno più volte nello stesso posto (solo perchè c'è un mondo da vedere) qui penso proprio ci ritorneremo prima o poi.

Sehr schöne, frisch renovierte Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir waren Anfang Juni eine Woche auf Sardinien. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man beim Essen den Meerblick genießen. Die Wohnung wurde im Winter 17/18 frisch renoviert (neues Bad, neue Küche) und ist schön gestaltet. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Alles war sauber und die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter Aldo haben gut funktioniert. Der Ort ist eine kleine Ferienhaussiedlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Auch zu einem der nächsten großen Strände kommt man mit dem Auto in 10-15 min. Vorort gibt es ein Restaurant direkt am Strand mit Pizza und Fisch. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen,

Le top du bien être : mer en face, appartement confortable et joli

Nous avons passé une semaine ( famille avec 3 enfants) juste opères Pâques,, se lever et s'endormir avec la mer devant nous, dur de trouver mieux. L'appartement a tout le confort nécéssaire et est bien équipé, joli. Le propriétaire est très sympa, disponible si besoin, donne des coins à voir, ou manger, que faire, liste médicales ou autres si besoin. Il y a un parc pour les enfants, balades à pied toute proche, villes assez proches en voiture. Je recommande cet appartement !

Herrlicher Meerblick während ruhiger Vorsaison

Aldo hat uns beide sehr freundlich und fröhlich am Haus begrüßt. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoß und ist gut ausgestattet mit WaMa, Induktionsherd/Ofen, Klima/Heizung, Microwelle, Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, TV, Föhn und einem kleinen Espressokocher (vgl. Bialetti). Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteckt ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Sogar eine volle Dose feinster ital. Kaffee war schon im Haus sowie eine Flasche Olivenöl. Die Whg. verfügt über ein großes Wohn/Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Etagenbett, sowie Bad und Küche. Sauberkeit der Whg war tiptop! Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war ebenfalls vorhanden und sauber! Sehr gute neue Matratze und Kopfkissen. Die Whg. hat 2 Terrassen, eine sonnige Kleine mit Strandblick und eine schattige Große nach hinten raus. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus/Whg. möglich. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand sind es 2 Fußminuten, von dort kann man auch gleich direkt über eine alte Römerstraße bis nach Chia wandern und noch viel weiter. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Lauffaule, grandiose Aussichten! Die Umgebung bietet viele Bademöglichkeiten in teilw. kleinen und versteckten Buchten mit Sandstrand und kristallklarem Wasser. Mit einem PKW lässt sich die Umgebung gut erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe aber nicht fußläufig. Autofahrt nach Cagliari/Flughafen ca. 40 min. Nach Pula/Nora ca. 15 min. Als Hinweiß: Wir waren in der Vorsaison Ende März 2018. In dieser Zeit ist sardischer Winter. Es war zwar sonnig aber max. 15 Grad mit Wind und dadurch auch in der Whg. etwas kühl. Die Heizungsfunktion der Klima war hilfreich. Wie in den meisten medit. Ländern ist die Stromversorgung nicht mit Dtl. vergleichbar. Wenn zu viele Geräte laufen, fliegen schon mal die Sicherungen raus, Sicherungskasten einfach zugänglich. Daher gibt es auch keinen Wasserkocher, der aber auch nicht vermisst wurde. Die Dusche funktioniert mit einem Boiler. WLAN gibt es lediglich als Zubuchoption, benötigt man im Urlaub aber nicht ;) Die Whg ist für 2 Erw. mit max. 2 Kindern ausgelegt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Danke an Aldo (Mille grazie)
