Villa Fiori 1 is our country house in Sardinia, perfect for those who appreciate the island’s typical architecture. The villa is in a privileged location in Is Molas Medau. The Is Molas golf course, the beaches of Chia, and the lively town of Pula are just a short drive away. If you prefer to relax at home, a private pool with sea view awaits you, surrounded by pines and picturesque hills with strawberry trees, holm oaks, broom, and lavender. In nearby Pula, you can experience Sardinian life with its weekly market, restaurants, and supermarkets.



Villa Fiori 1 is your holiday retreat if you want to combine relaxation and beach holidays, enjoy island-style architecture and a private pool, and need plenty of space for up to 8 people.

The house delights the senses: Old, gnarled juniper wood gives the open rooms a special charm. Bricks and tiles from old farmhouses tell the story of the island. Numerous hideaways invite you to relax. In the spacious, rustic kitchen, you can enjoy sociable hours together. The atmosphere is completed by the dining area with a Sardinian fireplace, the covered terrace with a large wooden table, and the courtyard with fragrant pomegranate, lemon, and apricot trees. With a bit of luck, you might spot a deer in the lush vegetation around your accommodation.
