Hacienda Matea - a fully fenced property of 2,000 m2 with a beautiful modern house, located in a quiet area between Pula and Medulin. A green oasis between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes drive from the sea, vineyards and fields or the city center. Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends barbecuing on the terrace overlooking the olive trees and the pool with the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind.

The beautiful view of the pool and olive grove from the living room and the exit to the large terrace will take your breath away. On the terrace there is a dining table, a screen for resting and sun loungers, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. For the little ones there is a swing and table tennis and our garden is ideal for children's games.

When the sun goes down, you can sit back in a hammock in the garden, which smells of olives and local herbs, and watch the sunset in the distance.

The location of Hacienda Matee is an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and peculiarities of our region. In just a few minutes you can reach the center of Pula, where you can visit the amphitheater, a protective symbol of the city of Pula and Istria, local gastronomy and nightlife. On the other hand, in Medulin you can visit one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia with its beach bars. For lovers of the crystal clear sea there is also the Kamenjak Nature Park with its cave, rocks, farm, dinosaur trail and Safari Beach Bar. Wine lovers can test their taste in nearby wineries overlooking the vineyards. We definitely recommend visiting the nearby oil mills and their olive groves and tasting local oil as well as local cheese and prosciutto. The gastronomy of Istria will take your breath away, there are local taverns and agrotourists that serve only local food from local producers. Locally grown fruit and vegetables can be bought nearby, for example in a butcher's shop and a fish market. The area is very diverse (farms, olive groves, vineyards, beaches, attractions, activities) and will make your holiday interesting if you let your imagination run wild.
The property is characterized by olive groves where a new modern villa has been built, designed in two parts. When you enter the house you will feel like you are in an interior design magazine. In the first part of the villa there is a living room with kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace with furniture for relaxation. There are also 3 rooms and a bathroom. In the second part of the house there is a living room with jacuzzi, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable holiday and relaxation. At guests' disposal: jacuzzi, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, satellite dish, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ironing board, iron, hairdryer.
In the outdoor area there are deck chairs, a swing, an umbrella for rest, barbecue, table tennis, parking space.
The deposit for possible damages is 300 euros/stay and will be refunded on the day of departure.
Pets are welcome, a dog costs 10 euros/day.
