Ferienhaus Carmen, Stinjan

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pooltemperatur war nach 3 Tagen auf 25 Grad. Für uns (8 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder - 1 bis 11 Jahre- ) war viel Platz vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die ledernen Sitzgruppe im untersten Geschoss war bei uns sehr beliebt. Ebenso wie der Billiardtisch.

Spacious luxury villa

Everything went well, the beautiful and modern house has enough space for a large group. It has a nice pool, several kitchens, pool table, garage and driveway for 3-4 cars, space for a large group.. Also the service was great and we were able to stay a bit longer on the last day. Very good quality for a decent price.

Tolles Haus

Eine wirklich schöne Villa, die viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Alles ist sauber und gibt keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Die Ausstattung ist, wenn auch größtenteils von Ikea, wertig und passt ins Haus. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilft wo er kann. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Woche und würden erneut dort einziehen.

La maison est très spacieuse, idéale pour un séjour entre amis et avec des enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par N. qui nous a rendu service et conseillés tout au long de notre séjour! Superbe vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil depuis les balcons supérieurs. Le petit plus le four à pizza!

Die Villa ist wirklich schön. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Meeresblick kann man mittlerweile jedoch nur von der obersten Terrasse genießen, denn leider wurde ein weiteres Haus davor gebaut. Auch wenn wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, hatten wir ein wenig Baulärm während unseres Aufenthalts. Dennoch konnten wir uns erholen. Ich kann die Villa nur empfehlen. Der Eigentümer ist ebenfalls sehr engagiert und hilft gerne weiter. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sauber und gepflegt. Was jeder einzelne daraus macht ist ihm überlassen.

Perfect for big groups

There was four families visiting Villa Carmen. The house in general, the yard and the pool were very very nice and kids really loved being outdoors. Very functional house and big enough for such a big group of people. The service in site was very polite and the host was very willing to help us to book tennis classes etc. Car is necessary since the location is quite far from the main services, beaches and attractions. One thing worth mentioning is that there is a construction site just next door and this came as a total surprise to us. The noice was horrible from time to time. The new building will cover the sea view in the future and I hope the photos and description of the house will be updated accordingly at some point.
