The property is just a mile from the closest beach, and within walking distance to Laguna del Sauce, a beautiful lake.
* There is a spaceous living area, dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a security alarm system free of charge. A nice woodstove to watch a fire.
* A giant flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured, along with free wi-fi. There is a private bathroom with double sinks for the master bedroom and separate second bathroom with tub and clothes washer/dryer.
