This attractive 2-bedroom condo is situated in the popular beachfront community of Stanza Mare, located in the heart of the fun & safe tourist/ expat town of Los Corales (the well- known authentic Italian village).
Walk off the terrace straight to the Resort style pool or bathe in the turquoise waters of the stunning Bavaro beach, just a few steps away.
Other amenities include cable TV, internet, a safe, a water cooler dispenser & more.
Cozy and spacious with all the essentials making this a perfect & comfortable vacation option. This condo sleeps 5 adults.
The location is perfect. Just a short walk to all the Los Corales area has to offer; dining, shopping, and so much more! The El Dorado shopping center, only a 7-minute walk, you’ll find a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a sports bar w/ billiard table, a bakery, pharmacy & more! The plaza next door offers a mini market, coffee shop, and array of dining options.
Stanza Mare has a beautiful lobby, on site laundromat, a large swimming pool, a small pool side bar and restaurant as well as its own private beach on the famous Bavaro Beach. Just a few minutes’ walk to the right or left of this beach brings you to several other beach/ bar/ restaurants where tourist, expats & condo owners from all over the world thrive.
Day or night passes can be purchased at the nearby resorts. This area is one of the safest & friendliest areas in the Caribbean.
Family owned condo, professionally managed by a reputable onsite Property Management team for complete customer satisfaction w/ an office a short walk away offering excursion & transportation booking services to name a few.

Wonderful location

Property was groomed wonderfully taken care of daily. Bonus to location wonder breakfast and lunch specials very affordable. Multiple restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Beach area was beautiful. Property owner was very quick to answer questions. Will stay there again.

Location is awesome. Friends and family staying at all inclusives said the beach in front of Stanza Mare is the best and broadest/biggest by far. Property Mgt was top notch. Unit was not quite up to expectations casting some doubt all the reviews that were 5’s. Would echo both unit attributes mention in the the other less than perfect review, comment that was not all perfect. For a 2br at the price the value was excellent, but I was prepared to pay a bit more and would have.

Holiday Family Trip

What an amazing location! First the condo had plenty of space for my husband, our 2 teenage boys, and myself. They had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had what we needed, however we ate most of our meals out. The walk is less than a 1/2 mile to so many little eating places. The locals were so friendly. The weather was perfect. The beach and pool were right out the door! Both super clean and plenty of seating. We booked a couple of day excursions right at the property. There was security everywhere we never felt more safe. It was so nice to spend relaxing time as a family. Can't wait to go back!

Great stay!

Perfect location. 1st floor was great. The hardest decision was go to the pool or the beach! Nice pool bar/ restaurant. Did not eat there but had the coldest beer. Condo was well appointed, very comfy bed and pillows. Nice short walk to mini markets ,shops and restaurants also very safe. Thank you for a great stay!

Linens were not clean in one of the bedrooms. Had some problems with bugs in that same bedroom.

The location of condo was nice. Close to beach and pool. Otherwise we had difficulty finding eating places. The accommodations were not as good as we expected but I guess for the price they were ok.
