Our home is ideally located near stunning views, excellent restaurants, great dining options, and the beach. It’s a perfect choice for couples, families with children, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Housekeeping service is included on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Electricity is partially included; any additional usage will be the responsibility of the guests.

Important: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. A 7th guest is permitted only if the additional guest is a child under 6 years old. A complete guest list must be provided at least one week prior to arrival. For security and comfort, only registered guests are allowed on the property—no additional visitors are permitted.

This was our second stay in the condo. Only complaint- the beds in the bedroom with 2 twins are extremely hard mattresses. Might be a good idea to add mattress toppers. Everything else was wonderful and very responsive and helpful property management. Will be back in the future!

Overall a good stay! Property is incredibly safe! And amazing security guards all over the place patrolling at every exit and making you feel welcomed. My main reason for not having it be a 5 star review is the beach loaded with “sargazo” (sea algae) and although out of control of the property owner it is something we saw other properties and hotels mitigate by setting up nets 100 ft into the sea and daily clean ups with tractors and saw it to be quite effective where as for our beach front it was ridden with algae not only making it impossible to go into the water but also generating an intense sulfur like smell.

What a beautiful and well maintained condo. We had a few issues with our door lock but Ilia was fantastic! Quick to respond and eager to fix the issues. We highly recommend the stay there! The restaurants outside of the Club were exceptional as well and the cook made us the most delicious meal our last night there!

Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Good area for lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance

Don't Look Any Further

The property inside and out was immaculate. The condo was spacious and well laid out for two couples. Two master bedrooms, one at the front and one down the hall each with ensuites. There was adequate supplies to make meals but bring your spices. There was salt, no pepper and nothing else. We didn't shop at the big grocery store because we loved the staff and selection and ease of buying what we needed as we needed it from the mini mart (out the gate and right). We bought avocado, pineapple and banana from the man with the wheelbarrow on the beach. Delicious (pass on the mango). Dinners at La Bruja, Castaways, Citrus and the beach resort restaurant were incredible. Better than what we can find at home. You can walk on the beach for miles so beautiful. There is seaweed in the water but it is in different spots each day, so one day it will be clear and the next not but it isn't bad like it is in other areas.The beach in front of the resort is the best because it is cleaned at least twice a day. Illia is easy to reach and quick to respond. Tip: there is an AC temp light that can be turned off on the remote, look for the LED button. There is a new water filtration system which was so convenient. There are mosquitoes, not many but if they love you, then you need your bug spray. I have never seen such a well maintained resort. Beautiful. Plenty of comfortable chairs on the beach and by the pool. Lots of shade as well. The staff were friendly. Book here, you won't regret it.

Great vacation

The property was perfect for our family and is very well maintained. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants makes it a great family vacation. We will likely stay here again if we re-visit Punta Cana. Ilia is very responsive to any questions.

The condo is everything you could expect. The pictures on the website were very accurate. Beautiful views. We used our deck every night to enjoy them. Very nice sandy beach. Pool area was fabulous. No fighting for chairs, there were plenty at the beach and pool. We were 3 ladies on a girls trip and felt very safe. Right outside the condo are many restaurants that are easy to walk to. Security was always present. Condo owner was lovely to deal with and very responsive to all my questions being this was our 1st trip to the Dominican. We are already discussing our next trip back. We would rent this condo again!

Family Getaway in Paradise

I'm a travel agent and usually stay at all-inclusives when I travel but this time wanted a different experience. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren to the Dominican Republic for a week over Thanksgiving and wanted my grandkids to have a more cultural experience than you can get in an all-inclusive. Everyone had a blast. The location of the condo is perfect for walking and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket within steps of the entrance. Ilia and her team were outstanding to work with and made everything seamless. The condo is spotless. Our driver(s) were on time and easy to access through What's App. The level of service equalled that you receive at an all inclusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in paradise. The kids are already asking to come back!

Best vacation spot

My family and I stayed in Ilia’s condo for one week. It is very clean and spacious. It is located in a safe area. Ilia is very helpful and will help with anything we needed. We loved meeting Mary who came one day to cook for us. She let me learn from her and help with the meal. As a Spanish teacher, I am so thankful to be able to talk with the local people and learn more about the Dominican culture. We had so much fun at the same time. I will definitely stay here again someday. 😊

Beautiful property and close to everything

This property is beautiful! Everything thing looks better than the pictures. So modern and comfortable. There are literally 4 bathrooms one for each room. It was 3 of us and we each had a king size bed. However the beds can be doubles if needed. We were able to cook breakfast if we wanted or go walking for food right outside the gate. We were right in the heart of things and close to other area attractions via uber or private taxi with Pedro or Willi. Ilia was always available with answers to our questions. You have quick access to the beach and the pool. I definitely recommend this home for booking.
