I would not recommend this place. The location was good and the pool was nice, but the room came with a sheet as a blanket and the toilet stopped working about every other time we went to the bathroom, so staff had to come and fix it repeatedly which was very inconvenient. The bathroom and kitchen were run down as well. The staff was great though.

For the price the stay was good. We were close to walk to the beach. We had loads of restaurant options near by. Smoothies and other breakfast spots too. Greenfit wellness center was close and excellent. The beach was marvelous and only a few minute walk. The pool at the hotel was nice. La Bruja had a great dinner. The room itself was not great. It worked though. No hot water. No daily room clean service. Alba was the guy at the hotel he took us to an excursion which was good. He was great. No overly pushy like some of the other people trying to get you to go on excursions. Every day we went to beach and then swam at the pool. The location was excellent to not need a car. Again for the price no complaints at all. It was just me and my daughter. She is young and we felt safe throughout the stay.

First they claimed to offer transportation from the airport but never answered my calls or texts on WhatsApp so I arranged my own transport. I did not feel safe in the area with my child so I did not check in. When I attempted to dispute the purchase Deluxe Hotel did not even bother to answer Expedia and all I was offered was a 100 dollar visa card for an 880 dollar accommodation that was never used. Never again, lesson learned.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, making it easy to try different cuisines without traveling far. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for activities like snorkeling and boat tours.

Está terriblemente sucio, el personal no es amable, el Desayuno es en otro negocio, no hay spa, la estancia tiene otro nombre, rente una habitación con vista a ña Alberca pero era a la alberca de otra propiedad, huele mal, está sucio y en muy malas condiciones, muebles viejos y ropa de cama rota. No lo recomiendo.

La habitación es amplia, iluminada y tiene cocineta, refrigerador, limpieza 1 dia si otro no, agua mas fria que caliente, se entiende por el calor. Es para dormir y salirte todo el dia a tus tours comer-cenar alrededor que hay variedad de comida muy buena.
