I liked the way the staff cleaned around the resort. They cleaned all day. The room could have been cleaned better while we were there. It was brought up but never addressed. That was the only issue

This hotel has potential to be fantastic, but unfortunately they have the rudest staff, dirty pools, and horrible food. But still the attitude I received from the staff is the reason we left 2days early and cut our trip short. Please spend your money else where. I went to reception to raise my concerns and instead the response i got is “you can check out anytime” so thats what we did. And upon check out the guy handed me a form, without me saying anything, and it was titled “reasons for early departure” so clearly a common occurrence. I have travelled to over 50 countries, i have stayed in the high end resorts and the most budget hotels, yet the demeanor of the staff here made this the worst experience. I have yet to get a refund for the days I didn't stay there, or any communication from the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told because I am Expedia premium VIP i get a whole list of benefits, and the staff would check on me daily, that never happened. One night the shower over-flooded and water went through the entire room, even into the closet where our clothes and suitcases were. It took them 2 hours to send someone to clean, and each person that came in to address the issue, would give us attitude and angry looks.

Pasamos una semana increíble , el hotel es hermoso, huele delicioso y lo mantienen súper limpio, el personal es muy amable y amigable, tiene muchos restaurantes, cada día cenamos en uno diferente, el mexicano mi favorito, los meseros son muy agradables, las chicas de animación nos hicieron muchas actividades y nos hicimos amigas eso nos gustó mucho porque hicieron nuestra estadía más divertida, y el personal del bar en la alberca (oasis y sunrise club bars) igualmente, me concintieron todos los días con mi coco y mis bebidas, super amables, y los meseros y supervisores de igual manera Solo creo que deberían de ponerle atención a las meseras que están atendiendo en los shows de la noche porque parece que les molesta que les pidas bebidas, (la china no) Yo volveré a este hotel, será de mis favoritos y por seguro lo recomendaré

I have stayed at seven all-inclusive resorts. Excellence Finest Kind was the best! Food options excellent, pool gorgeous and spectacularly clean. Beach well cared for. Staff very professional yet personable too.
