The room was spotless, very clean, the staff was very friendly and they are available 24/7. So far the best staff that I’ve ever experienced. Shoutout to Sus the reception manager who welcomed me open arms and gave me a lot of tips during my trips and also Yisenia she gives top notch service, gives good treatment and respect the customer. I will definitely come back at Hotel El Imperio when I come back in Punta Cana !!!

The room had some cleanliness issues, particularly under and around the beds, which appeared to have been overlooked. The dining area also needed better attention, as utensils such as forks, spoons, and coffee glasses were not thoroughly cleaned and felt sticky. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning functioned properly, although it did produce some noise. The television worked well without any issues. Overall, while there were some areas that require improvement in cleanliness, there were also a few aspects of the stay that were satisfactory.

Amazing place

The staff was amazing. From Yisenia at reception to the restaurant staff, it was a 5 star service all around. The service from.the receptions was so amazing , i ended up booking 2 extra nights. I highly recommend this hotel.
