Lager von Hotel ist ok !!

Pros: Lager. ??????
Cons: Ja . Die Realität zeigen .
Location: Gar nichts .
Empfang von Staff wahres ok.. Zimmer wahr sauber , aber keine warmes Wasser , Fernsehen funktioniert nicht , Internet kein Empfang .. Frühstück wahr sehr schlecht, Bedienung ,, unsympathische. Für die preis wahr allgemein schlecht..

Pros: Der Frühstücksraum in der Anlage
Location: Garnichts wegen der Kriminalität im nächsten Umfeld. Es besteht quasi Hausarrest
Daa uns zunächst angebotene Zimmer war muffig wegen Feuchtigkeit. Es hatte kein Fenster in Sichthöhe, sondern lediglich im hinteren oberen Bereich einen Lichtempfang. Wir haben deshalb auf Übergabe eines anderen Zimmers bestanden. Ein solches erhielten wir im 2. Stockwerk. In ihm fehlte das warme Wasser. Ferner war die Toilettenspülung nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben die Mängel mehrfach reklamiert. Es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine. Zugesichert wurde uns, dass wir für die Räumlichkeit 10 Dollar mehr als für den unteren Raum pro Nacht zu zahlen hätten. Eine Rechnung wurde nicht erteilt. Anstatt 185,22 Dollar zu belasten wurden laut Visaabrechnung bewußt wahrheitswidrig 270,-- Dollar abgebucht. Wir fühlen uns also zusätzlich zu den Mängeln betrogen. Sorgen Sie bitte dafür, dass uns mindestens ein Betrag von 85,-- Dollar erstattet wird. Irene Lenzen
