This Stunning Brand New Villa equipped with everything you can posible ask for. Come enjoy and relax in this wonderful property with a heated pool/water fall after a great day at the beach. This exclusive villa is located in the Residential Brisas de Punta Cana just 3 minutes to downtown punta cana and 7 minutes from PUJ airport and 5 minutes from Coco Bongo night club and very close to amazing Beaches. This property features three spacious bedrooms. There are numerous attractions around the area. Check-in after 3 pm and check-out at 11, late check-out has 25$ fee. No pets allow in the property if property management finds out there’s a pet in the property a 250$ fine will be charged. If you lose the garage door control it is an 90$ fee for the control. If you break anything in the Villa you will be charged. No more than 6 people allowed in the Villa and listed in the reservation. No loud music after 10:30 pm. Early check-in upon request and availability.
