Needs quite few replacement ls

1) a/c units are not user friendly. At least provide detail of usage in simple language 2) WiFi has been spotty 3) kitchen utensils were either not sufficient for family or 4. 4) dinner plates were broken from edges 5) PICS on VRBO are misleading, as swimming pool is not private at all. 6) neighbor from next building could practically see you in your condo, from privacy stand point very low rating 7) sofa in living room does need replacement, it’s original color has changed and when you sit on certain spot, wooden frame of sofa literally hurts you 8) mattress on one of bedroom so bad, I makes spring contractions and expansion noises

Overall, a good property.

While there was a plumbing issue in our unit (things happen!), Nailibeth and Ruben were very quick, courteous, and professional in their response to fix it. That was much appreciated! The listing notes a "private" infinity pool as well as a community pool nearby. Only the community pool exists. Perhaps the private pool description should be removed?
