Paradisus Grand Cana in Punta Cana is honestly the BEST all-inclusive resort I’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The cleanliness, luxurious vibe, and stunning aesthetics in every single space made the entire stay feel like a dream. The spa was hands down my absolute favorite! I received the BEST massage and facial I have ever had. Huge shoutout to Elizabeth and Analys — they were incredible! And the signature tea they served was the perfect touch to such a relaxing experience. Everything about this hotel was so amazing that we literally booked another night because we didn’t want to go home! If you’ve been thinking about booking — just go ahead and do it. We just returned from a week at the Paradisus Grand Cana. The hotel was beautiful and very well kept. The drinks were amazing and made with nice quality ingredients. We also liked that they were able to make a variety of different drinks. The rooms were the nicest we have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel. All that being said, getting a reservation for dinner was not only almost impossible but the women who makes the reservations was rude and not helpful at all. On day one of arrival I was informed there were no available reservations for the entire week. When pressed she gave us the one night at the beach restaurant for 9:30 pm. When we arrived there was not one other party in the restaurant. By the time we finished dinner we were unable to get a golf cart ride back to the hotel. The staff that served us at dinner ended up leaving us and walking back. We were not impressed with the quality of the food as a whole. And honestly we really aren’t that picky. We were also surprised at how small the beach is. Everyone is packed together in a very small area and vendors are non stop approaching. We will not be returning to this hotel. But, if eating at the buffet for all of your meals okay and also not having the ocean close by isn’t a big deal to you, than you will enjoy!

Room was great, best room I ever had in any hotels here. Food was terrible. They cater only to their circle club members. Buffet was small and basic, like a 2 star hotel. Steak restaurant was very good but I had to pay extra to get in there. They said no availability for my first 2 nights. WHAT? I wont return. Staff are sad and depressed, most of them move in slow motion like it was 50 years ago. Someone had their pet dog with them (and I love pets) but they should not allow animals in the restaurants and feed them our food. WOW.

We travel the world and stay in many different hotels and resorts. Paradisus is AMAZING! Interior design is beautiful, luxury and modern. There was not a part of this hotel (and the room) that I would change (and I’m fussy when it comes to that). We had a swim out which gave you a good chunk of your own private patio. Now food: I am by no means a foodie, I don’t get excited about food, I just eat to survive 😆 But even I was impressed with quality and variety of foods there. Literary everything was delicious and such high quality that even most non-all-inclusive resorts would have a hard time matching it. We don’t usually travel to the same spot twice as we like to discover new places but I would be inclined to going back there. I had a massage and a facial and they were the best quality I had ever received (and I live in NYC). The entertainment was always so fun! The silent disco, Mexican fiesta, live bands. Only 2 tips for the resort: we were on the ground level and when people above us moved their chairs or other pieces of furniture it was EXTREMELY loud. Also, the water at the swim up pool and the kids water park was FREEZING. We could not really enjoy it (not sure about the main pool, we did not go in). Go there! Guaranteed great vacay☀️🌴

Is amazing , I felt I got value for my money. Staff is amazing, food at the buffet was good , changeing every day , asian fusion was bad and steak house steak was not too amazing but the restaurant and service was amazing. Few tips : When you take a shower put a towel by the door othwise you will flood the bathroom, when making a reservation with the concierge make sure he/she takes a picture of the reservation with you phone and if you have the grill down by the pool make sure you tell the chef to change the taungs as he is using same for raw and cooked food. Just go and have fun !

Rooms were fine Entertainment was lacking Food options for people on diets was hard It's definitely one of the best places to stay in PC Walking from lobby to the room was not fun no signs anywhere. My kids kept getting lost. Horrible design. Only one entrance into kids park which meant we had to walk all the way around that was annoying. Kids club hours aren't the best but the staff is amazing. Don't order Uber because they won't let them in. You'll have to get a ride to the gate. It's family resort very nice. Boring at the pool, barely any music but was ok. Watered down drinks...

Awesome rooms. Nice resort. Great spa. Hot tub on the balcony was nice. If you want a beachfront bed be prepared to pay more for it (not included, and not explained anywhere; a waiter will ask you for a payment after you sit down in a beach bed). Impossible to get a bed at the main pool where there is bar service because people “reserve” them by dropping towels very early in the morning and then go back to bed. Food was extremely lacking. Hard to get dinner reservations. Reservations must be made in person in the lobby. I was a party of 1 and the one night I got a reservation they tried to insist I sit at a table with a family (with kids) I didn’t know. I refused and only then did I get my own table. When I expressed frustration about dining, staff kept shrugging and directing me to the sports bar, the only sit down restaurant that didn’t need reservations. Buffet food often tasted stale or spoiled to me (e.g., salad bar items tasted old and musty). Room service menu was extremely limited and poor quality (food arrived burned, not matching the menu, fries were always stale, off putting odors on the fresh veggies, etc). When I brought all of this to the attention of the concierge at checkout, he smiled and suggested I come back another time. This was my second stay and I do not recall it being anything like this the first time. I won’t be back. The place has an impressive atmosphere but if the food’s bad and I can’t lay out in the sun, why am I paying for an all inclusive?
